They replaced the driveway and even put caution tape up. Kolo and his team were able to do some minor mortar work for me too. I would definitely do business with them again in the future. 5 out of 5 starsWe needed a parking spot put in on the corner of our property. It needed to be excavated and a retaining wall put in to hold back the hill and the wall also went along the garden. Weed barrier and gravel was added to the parking spot. They did such a good job and now my daughter has a place to park not on the street. It looks so professional and adds so much to the look of our home with the nice wall along the garden. Trying to decide what project I want them to do next. Only problem we saw after is that the sprinkler system underground box was damaged and was packed with dirt. They weren’t careful to go around it. Otherwise they did amazing work. See more See less

They even recommended and added an extra joint (beyond required by code) based on the cracking we had experienced with the original driveway - showing dedication to getting it done right. 5 out of 5 starsPearl Construction is an excellent concrete contractor. I wanted to replace an old small concrete patio so I contacted David at Pearl. HE came out the same day and gave me a very competitive bid. He arranged a date and time to remove and replace the old patio. He and his crew were 20 minutes early and eagerly started by removing the old patio. They took great care to protect my lawn using plywood sheeting. They did excellent finish work and the job was complete the same day! Pearl Concrete gets my highest recommendation! See more See less

It is rare a company under promises and over delivers, but they did for sure. From start to finish everything was top notch, from the initial estimate, follow up communication, bid and completion of work, it was amazing.
